This is your training data hub. Create a free account at intervals.icu, then link it to Garmin, Strava, Wahoo, or Zwift. To receive workouts from VeloCoach, make sure Intervals.icu is connected to your devices so it can push workouts to them automatically.

Your Athlete Profile
Tell us your FTP, weight, and training basics so your coach can give personalised advice.
Optional integrations — You can also connect Strava, Oura Ring, and import Apple Health data later from Settings.
Connect Intervals.icu
Enter your Athlete ID and API key from intervals.icu → Settings → Developer Settings.
Important: To receive VeloCoach workouts on your devices, make sure your Intervals.icu account is connected to your Zwift, Wahoo, Garmin, or other training platforms. Intervals.icu will automatically push workouts to your connected devices.
